Online Sales: A1 Gate Motor reserve the right the to withdraw any product listed on this website with a price tagged to it ~ Although we try to keep the prices updated once a month, is the client’s duty to confirm pricing before making payment.
Delivery by any method: Bookings are mandatory via our booking system. (both DIY delivered or Installed)
Installations & Repairs: Bookings are mandatory. Liabilities & duty. We will make every effort to safeguard our client’s property but will not be liable for any loss or damage tp property during the installation / maintenance. Clients are kindly required to move objects that will cause obstruction or difficulty during service delivery. All animals and or pets should be contained during service delivery period. We will not be held responsible for runaways and home owners will be held accountable should an animal or pet attack or injure our staff. It is the homeowner’s / client’s duty to inform the technicians / employees of any plumbing and electrical installations underground or in walls. A1 will not be liable in the event of accidental damage due to digging and or drilling. No painting will be done of any sort unless specifically quoted for. Grace period allow the client to request alterations within limits to the workmanship within reasonable question and within 7 days for instances where the client was unable to be present during installation and or repairs. Building rubble and equipment disposal is for the client’s account.
Product Warranty: Product warranties and failure within any period is honored by the respective manufacturers, A1 Gate Motor services does NOT warrant any products of any kind new or repaired supplied by the manufacturer,
Workmanship: As a service provider A1 will adhere to the service delivery and workmanship code of conduct.
A1 Gate Motor Services warrants workmanship for 6 months from date of completion. Call Out repairs and only for the the exact same fault “repaired” is warranted for 7 days, call backs require mandatory booking through our online booking facility, no call back bookings will be taken over the phone or via text message of any sort.
Insurance claims: Insurance companies require a damage report / assessment prior to replacement and is billed to the client’s account. Most insurers will refund this fee with a successful claim. Online booking is mandatory for damage reports / assessments
